What information do you need?
Feel free to give me any references, mood boards, photos, descriptions, etc. The more the better!
What do you use for payment?
Payment (USD) is prefered through Venmo or Chashapp.
Do you require a deposit?
Half of the payment is made up front, the remaining amount is due on completion. If revisions excede the max amount you may be charged more.
What is your refund policy?
The deposit is non-refundable, unless work has not begun. Partial refunds are available during the work-in-progress stages. If I must cancel on my end you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds after the work is completed.
How long does a commission take?
Commissions generally take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. You will receive updated completion estimates as the work goes on.
How many revisions are included and can I get a custom size?
3-5 revisions are the standard, every work is different and the complexity of the revision contributes to the amount you can make. Custom sizes are totally an option, just let me know before we begin i.e. if you want a phone wallpaper/media banner/cover etc.
